Pesky cold germs are everywhere this winter, and hopefully, you are washing your hands repeatedly and using gallons of hand sanitizer! But if one of those determined germs manages to penetrate your lines of defense, make Molé Mama nine-pepper chicken soup. You might be thinking that nine peppers seem a little excessive, but I wouldn't recommend messing with a winning remedy. My mother told unbelievable stories of defeating the common cold with our family's chicken soup. And to the best of my knowledge, my mother's accounts of our family's chicken soup's heroism against the common cold were all true.
This soup has some serious kick, three different types of peppers, onions, garlic, chicken, celery, fresh lime juice, tomatoes, zucchini, carrots, rice, cilantro, and avocados. If nine peppers are far too much heat for you and your loved ones, it's super easy to alter this delicious recipe - reduce the number, remove all the seeds, or omit all the peppers altogether. Like all our recipes, adjust and make them your own to maximize the enjoyment of your family and friends' taste preferences.
It might not be scientifically proven yet, but thousands of families everywhere trust the healing powers of chicken soup. If you decide to make our soup, I sure hope it helps you and your loved ones feel better soon!
