Mangos make me happy. Their delicious sweetness and lovely cheerful color remind me of vacations and iced drinks with colorful umbrellas.
A few years ago, my lovely neighbor Tracy helped me develop a serious mango addiction. She regularly purchased giant boxes of mangos for her family, and she’d always share her mango haul with me!
Smoothies and topping this yummy fruit with Tajín and limes were my favorite ways of devouring this delicious fruit.
For months, I’ve been exploring a new sweet and savory Mango salsa recipe that would bring that feeling of a wonderful vacation to any meal! And now, with my family’s seal of approval, it’s ready to share with you! It’s delicious with tacos, tortilla chips, grilled fish, enchiladas, and more! I hope you love this new recipe as much as we do!
