I had the good fortune of experiencing food nirvana at the Fancy Food Show today. I sampled outlandish cheeses, desserts, olive oils and so much more for seven blissful hours. So yes, I had a complete food binge, complete with countless calories.  But I also produced zillions of endorphins laughing, smiling and chatting with other food lovers.

Today’s experience was one that I will cherish for years to come and it was pure foodie heaven. If you have the chance to go in the next two days, you absolutely must try my top 5 favorites below.
